Service Delivery Policy
Last Updated: 6 October 2026
CloudWebStack provides digital and remote technology services. Unless a service page expressly states otherwise, services are delivered electronically or remotely and do not involve physical shipment. This Service Delivery Policy explains how a purchased service is initiated, delivered, reviewed and completed. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. What You Purchase
Each service is sold against a Basic, Standard or Premium package. The purchased package, service description, listed deliverables, prerequisites and exclusions define the delivery scope. Purchasing a service does not automatically include unrelated troubleshooting, custom development, additional environments, third-party licences or work that is not listed in the selected package.
2. Order Initiation
After successful payment, CloudWebStack reviews the order and the information submitted at checkout. Where technical details are missing, we may contact you for the information required to begin. Work may be held until required access, approvals, backups or other prerequisites are available.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate project information and must have authority to grant access to the website, server, cloud account, domain, repository, database or other system involved. Access should be provided through the safest available method. Do not send passwords, private keys, API secrets or payment-card information through public forms or ordinary email.
4. Delivery Method
Services may be delivered through remote configuration, technical review, implementation, migration, troubleshooting, documentation, configuration files, reports, screenshots, handover notes or other electronic deliverables appropriate to the purchased scope.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timing varies by service, package complexity, environment size, customer responsiveness and third-party dependencies. Any time shown on a service listing is an estimate or intended delivery target rather than a guarantee where external dependencies can affect execution.
6. Production Changes and Maintenance Windows
For production systems, we may recommend a maintenance window, staged deployment, temporary read-only mode or backup before high-impact changes. The customer remains responsible for business approvals and operational decisions relating to its production environment unless a separate written arrangement states otherwise.
7. Testing and Validation
We validate the work against the purchased scope using appropriate checks for the service. Examples may include connectivity tests, DNS validation, HTTPS checks, login verification, application smoke testing, configuration review, migration verification or performance checks. Testing cannot guarantee that a third-party platform or future software update will remain unchanged after delivery.
8. Handover and Completion
At completion, CloudWebStack may provide a concise handover summary, configuration notes, credentials/access guidance, validation results or other documentation included in the selected package. A service is considered delivered when the agreed scope has been completed and the applicable deliverables have been made available, subject to the correction process in the Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
9. Revisions and Scope Changes
Reasonable corrections required because delivered work does not match the purchased scope will be reviewed. New requirements, additional revisions, new environments, expanded migrations, custom code, design changes or unrelated faults may require an upgraded package or separate quotation.
10. Customer Delays and Inactivity
Delivery may pause when required access, information, approvals or responses are unavailable. Customer-caused delays may move the delivery date. Where an engagement remains inactive for an extended period because the required customer inputs are unavailable, we may close or reschedule the engagement subject to the purchased scope and Refund Policy.
11. Third-Party Dependencies
Cloud providers, domain registrars, hosting companies, payment providers, premium plugins, APIs, DNS providers and other third parties may affect delivery. CloudWebStack is not responsible for delays, outages, policy changes, suspensions or costs imposed by third parties outside our control.
12. Backups and Data Protection
Where the purchased service includes backup creation or migration backup, the applicable package defines what is covered. Where backup work is not included, customers should maintain a current independent backup before authorising production changes. CloudWebStack will use reasonable care with customer information required to perform the service, but no internet-based system is risk-free.
13. No Physical Shipping
CloudWebStack service orders are normally digital/remote services. There is no courier shipment, parcel tracking or physical delivery for a standard service purchase. Any service that expressly includes physical goods or a physical component will state the applicable delivery terms on its service page or quotation.
14. Service Acceptance
Customers should review the delivered work promptly and report a scope-related issue with the order number and specific details. Where a valid scope mismatch is identified, CloudWebStack may correct the work or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable policy and law.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Starting professional work can affect refund eligibility because analysis, configuration, migration and troubleshooting consume service capacity.
