Package structure

Basic is a focused implementation for a defined scope. Standard expands the implementation for a production-ready environment and includes broader validation. Premium is intended for more complex workloads and adds deeper hardening, optimization, documentation and handover where relevant.

Process and deliverables

We review the existing environment and requirements first, perform the agreed implementation, validate the result and provide a concise handover summary. Scope is tied to the selected package so that the customer knows what is included before work begins.

Important notes

Cloud provider charges, domain fees, third-party licences and paid external services are not included unless specifically stated. Access required to perform the work must be supplied by the customer. Custom development or unrelated legacy problems are outside the selected service scope.
